Who stands behind Gerber Übersetzungen?

The general manager of Gerber Übersetzungen is Stefanie Gerber. She has a degree in translation and studied law at the university level. Stefanie Gerber translates from English, French and Italian into German, her native language.

She continuously attends advanced training courses on legal and financial translation, comparative law, revision, evaluation, post-editing, proofreading, editing, quality assurance and control and data protection, as well as on the common technical tools supporting the translation process.

 

In addition she works with a team of selected specialist translators in the areas of law and commerce in the European languages and US English. This allows not only the efficient execution of large orders with short delivery times, the translation of the same text into several languages, but also the bundling and constant improvement of know-how.

Gerber Übersetzungen is a sole proprietorship and has been entered in the Basel-Stadt commercial register since October 2007.
